Valdemar “valde” Bjørn Vangså, former TSM Counter-Strike 2 player, has announced his search for a new team to compete with in the upcoming CS2 competitive season. The 29-year-old Danish esports veteran shared the news on his X social media platform.

Reflecting on his experiences, valde described the past year as a challenging but educational journey, during which time he played alongside diverse teammates and learned valuable lessons. He expressed his ongoing commitment to growth, acknowledging that becoming a top-tier in-game leader requires dedication and perseverance. “I firmly believe I have what it takes,” he stated.

Now entering free agency, valde emphasized his aspiration to join a team that values hard work on and off the server. His ideal destination would be an organization with promising talent he can help nurture and develop. “I’m ready to make any sacrifice and give everything I’ve got to succeed,” he declared.

This announcement comes shortly after TSM decided to disband its Counter-Strike 2 roster entirely. Three players from the squad were moved to the bench, and valde and the remaining members departed as free agents.

Vangså joined TSM in August last year, following stints with ENCE, OG, North, HEROIC, and other prominent teams. He has accumulated $390,000 in prize earnings throughout his professional counter-strike career.
