Brazilian rifler Vinicius “n1ssim” Pereira is making his way back to competitive action with Legacy after spending eight months on Sharks’ bench. The player’s earlier transition to paiN fell through, but he is now set to re-enter the server for 2025.
The 23-year-old faced an extended period of inactivity after his loan contract with paiN ended, and Sharks were unable to reach an agreement on a buyout. This month, his contract with Sharks officially expired, allowing him to join Legacy and take Bruno “b4rtiN” Câmara’s spot in the lineup.
Legacy’s team manager, Ricardo “dead” Sinigaglia, acknowledged in a live stream that the move was part of a strategic overhaul. “We think this is an upgrade for the team,” he explained. “Unlike our previous roster changes, this time we had the advantage of proper planning and utilizing the transfer window.”
Another adjustment to the roster occurred earlier this winter, as Gabriel “NEKIZ” Schenato was benched, leaving a leadership void in the team. Reports suggest Lucas “lux” Meneghini, a former teammate of n1ssim at paiN, is expected to step into the role of in-game leader, though it would mark his first time taking on this responsibility.
