Following an underwhelming performance at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 in Romania, Brazilian esports organization MIBR announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. This update was shared on the club’s official X social media account.

The team has placed in-game leader André “drop” Abreu on the bench and parted ways with head coach Bruno “BIT” Fukuda Lima. According to Abreu, the decision to bench him came from his own initiative.

Abreu had been with the organization since June 2023, while Lima had only assumed the head coach role in early January 2025, after serving as the team’s strategic coach for over six months.

MIBR has brought Breno “brnz4n” Poletto back into the starting lineup after he had been benched since September of the previous year. Raphael “exit” Lacerda has been appointed as the new IGL. It is speculated that Jhonatan “jnt” Silva will take on the vacant coaching role.

The team finished the group stage of PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 with a disappointing 1-3 record and did not qualify for the playoffs. Prior to this, MIBR placed 17th-20th at IEM Katowice 2025 and finished last in BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1. Currently, they sit in 19th place in the HLTV rankings.

MIBR’s updated roster now includes:

  • Raphael “exit” Lacerda
  • Felipe “insani” Yuji
  • Rafael “saffee” Costa
  • Lucas “Lucaozy” Neves
  • Breno “brnz4n” Poletto
