Luis “peacemaker” Tadeu, a 36-year-old Brazilian esports professional, has been named the new coach for Bad News Eagles’ Counter-Strike 2 team. The team made the official announcement via their X social media account.

Throughout his coaching career, peacemaker has worked with several well-known organizations, including Complexity, HEROIC, TYLOO, and NRG. However, Tadeu has been inactive since 2023, with his last role being with TeamOne.

Earlier this month, Bad News Eagles confirmed their return to the Counter-Strike 2 professional scene, and their roster remains unchanged. Peacemaker will make his debut as the team’s coach on February 20, when they face off against CPH Wolves at the YaLLa Compass Winter 2025. The team is currently ranked 126th in the HLTV standings.

Bad News Eagles’ current roster consists of:

  • Rigon “rigoN” Gashi
  • Sener “SENER1” Mahmuti
  • Flatron “juanflatroo” Halimi
  • Dionis “sinnopsyy” Budeci
  • Genc “gxx-” Kolgeci

With Luis “peacemaker” Tadeu as the coach.
