Adam “adamS” Marian, a 23-year-old Romanian esports player, has officially joined the Counter-Strike 2 roster of 9z. Marian is already in Argentina, where he has started training with his new teammates. The announcement was made via the club’s X social media account.

AdamS replaces Franco “dgt” Garcia, who was recently benched after representing 9z for over five years.

Before joining 9z, adamS was part of KOI, where he played from January 2024 to January 2025. Following the disbandment of KOI’s CS2 lineup, he became a free agent. Prior to that, he had a stint with Movistar Riders.

Earlier this year, 9z also brought in Luca “Luken” Nadotti and Gustavo “yel” Knittel to strengthen their team, with yel taking on the role of coach. At present, 9z is ranked 63rd in the HLTV standings.

The current 9z lineup includes:

  • Maximilian “max” Gonzalez
  • Matias “HUASOPEEK” Ibañez Hernandez
  • Antonio “MartinezSa” Martinez
  • Luca “Luken” Nadotti
  • Adam “adamS” Marian

With Gustavo “yel” Knittel as the coach.
