m0NESY continues his MVP streak, winning his third MVP award in all of G2’s 2024 tournament victories.

G2’s achievements this year include trophies at IEM Dallas, the BLAST Fall Final, and now the BLAST World Final, with Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov claiming the MVP title in each tournament.

This latest MVP award further solidifies m0NESY’s status as a frontrunner in the Player of the Year race, adding to his two previous MVPs and five EVPs. After G2’s inconsistent showing at IEM Rio following their BLAST Fall Final win, they defeated Liquid — recovering from a 0-13 opening map loss — Spirit, Vitality, and finally Spirit again in a best-of-five final in Singapore to secure the title.

Throughout G2’s championship run, m0NESY emerged as the team’s most influential player, posting an impressive 1.35 Rating, 86.3 ADR, 1.31 Impact, 81.8% KAST, and 0.90 KPR across 11 maps.

He was especially dominant in the playoffs, leading G2 with a 1.55 Rating in the semi-final against Vitality and achieving a 1.45 Rating in the final match against Spirit.

Beyond his overall Rating and KPR, m0NESY led the tournament in KDD (+66), multi-kill rounds (57.8%), total AWP kills (89), AWP KPR (0.40), and tied for the most clutches won (5).
