Joonas “doto” Forss has officially retired from professional gaming, shifting his focus toward coaching.
Best known for his contributions to ENCE, doto was a prominent figure in the Finnish Counter-Strike scene. He played for several notable teams throughout his career, including HAVU, KOVA, and JANO. However, his most memorable period came when he joined ENCE during their transition from a Finnish roster to an international lineup in 2021.
doto’s standout achievements occurred after the online era, notably when he and his ENCE teammates finished as runners-up at IEM Fall Europe in Stockholm. They also advanced through the Challengers Stage of the PGL Major, although their run ended during the Legends Stage.
Though retiring as a player, doto has expressed his interest in sports psychology, enrolling in university courses to further his knowledge. He now aims to become a coach, stating that his enthusiasm for the game remains strong and that coaching would allow him to unlock his full potential.
