HEROIC has officially parted ways with Rasmus “sjuush” Beck, who is reportedly nearing a transfer to Ninjas in Pyjamas ahead of the 2025 season.
sjuush joined HEROIC in February 2021 after leaving MAD Lions and has since enjoyed a highly successful stint with the team. Under the leadership of Casper “cadiaN” Møller, sjuush secured two BLAST Premier titles and reached the grand finals of both the IEM Rio Major and IEM Katowice 2023, marking the peak of his career.
By the end of 2024, HEROIC underwent significant changes, leaving sjuush as one of the last remnants of their original lineup alongside René “TeSeS” Madsen. The team adopted an international roster after key departures, including cadiaN’s move to Liquid and Martin “stavn” Lund and Jakob “jabbi” Nygaard joining Astralis. While HEROIC managed a semi-final finish at IEM Rio and reached the quarter-finals at the Shanghai Major, the rest of the season was underwhelming.
As the year concluded, sjuush evaluated his future amidst further departures. TeSeS, Damjan “kyxsan” Stoilkovski, and Abdul “degster” Gasanov were transferred to Falcons, while Guy “NertZ” Iluz joined Liquid.
“Grateful for all the unforgettable moments with Heroic,” sjuush shared on X. “Excited for what lies ahead.”
Reports suggest that sjuush is set to join a revamped Ninjas in Pyjamas roster, which is expected to retain only Artem “r1nkle” Moroz. The team will reportedly include former Falcons IGL Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer and ex-SAW players Rafael “arrozdoce” Wing and Michel “ewjerkz” Pinto.
