Christopher “cJ dA K1nG” Jones has officially left Nouns, leaving the team with only two players on their active roster. This follows the recent exits of Carson “nosraC” O’Reilly and Jeorge “Jeorge“ Endicott, significantly reducing the team’s core lineup.
The organization has not announced permanent replacements but revealed to Dust2.us in late November that it plans to trial several North American players. Earlier this month, during the PrizePicks NA Revival Series, Nouns fielded Jaxon “Peeping“ Cornwell and Nick “nicx“ Lee as stand-ins.
cJ dA K1nG joined Nouns in November 2022 and is one of the longest-serving roster members. During his time with the team, he played a key role in their campaigns at the Americas RMRs for the BLAST.tv Paris Major, PGL Major Copenhagen, and Perfect World Shanghai Major. Under his leadership, Nouns came within a single series of qualifying for the Paris Major.
He also contributed to the team’s victories in multiple online events, including a remarkable NA Revival Cup 2024 run where Nouns defeated M80 and NRG. Additionally, he was instrumental in their Fragicago 2024 LAN championship win.
Reflecting on his departure, Nouns said, “For the past two years, you’ve been a cornerstone of our CS journey. We’re thankful for the moments we’ve shared on the server and wish you the best in this next chapter of your career.”
