Slovakian esports organization UNiTY has announced roster changes to its Counter-Strike 2 team after a disappointing run in the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 RMR. Dominik “Blogg1s” Janita has left the team, and the news was shared through the club’s X social media account.
The 25-year-old Czech player joined UNiTY in June this year, having previously competed for teams such as Wings Up and Sampi. Over the past three months, Janita has maintained an average rating of 0.91 across 61 maps. Throughout his career as a CS2 professional, he has accumulated $28,000 in prize winnings. UNiTY has yet to reveal who will replace him on the active roster.
UNiTY’s performance in the European qualifier for the Shanghai Major was underwhelming. They failed to secure a single win at the RMR and finished in last place. The team currently holds the 92nd spot in the HLTV rankings.
