Permitta has decided to bench its entire Counter-Strike roster, allowing the players to explore other options for the upcoming season. The Swiss organization confirmed the decision on Tuesday, signaling a fresh start for both the team and its core players.

The lineup, which includes Martin “maaryy” Nakonieczny, Bartosz “bnox” Niebisz, and Bartek “mASKED” Trybuła, has represented Permitta since the beginning of the year. Tomasz “tomiko” Uroda joined on loan from 9INE in May, while Sebastian “fr3nd” Kuśmierz became part of the roster in September. Throughout the year, the Polish team hovered between the 50th and 70th spots in the rankings.

Permitta’s most notable success came in October when they triumphed at the RTV Euro AGD Game Zone Masters, a small LAN tournament in Poznan that featured teams like Passion UA, who later qualified for the Shanghai Major. In their final outing under Permitta’s banner, the team reached the top eight at the IESF World Championship in Riyadh. During the event, they secured victories over Turkey and Mindfreak before being eliminated by Serbia in the quarter-finals.

Bartek “mASKED” Trybuła, the team’s in-game leader, quickly addressed the situation on social media. Expressing his aspirations for the upcoming year, he stated his intent to join a new project as an IGL, emphasizing the progress he has made in his leadership skills and his commitment to future growth.

Permitta’s roster at the time of the announcement comprised the following players:

  • Bartek “mASKED” Trybuła
  • Martin “maaryy” Nakonieczny
  • Bartosz “bnox” Niebisz
  • Tomasz “tomiko” Uroda (on loan from 9INE)
